Source license

StaleDocs source code is distributed under the MIT License. That license governs use, modification, and redistribution, including its warranty disclaimer. Nothing on this page restricts it.

This website

The site provides product information, installation examples, and links. It has no accounts, billing, or uploads.

Content is provided as-is, without a promise that it is complete, current, or suitable for your repository, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

StaleDocs is built by David, an independent developer in Ukraine, not by an incorporated company.

Your review

StaleDocs reports public API changes and the documentation sections that mention them. It does not establish that prose is correct, and it can miss drift or flag sections that are fine. The evaluation is a result on one fixed corpus, not an accuracy guarantee.

You choose the workflow, grant repository and host permissions, protect your credentials, and review changes before merging them.

External services

GitHub, npm, Cloudflare, assistant hosts, and model providers have their own terms, privacy policies, and charges. Links do not imply endorsement or partnership.

The Claude Code plugin marketplace is hosted in the StaleDocs repository; it is not an Anthropic directory listing. See Privacy for how data flows differ between the site, analysis, and assistant hosts.

Support

Support is best-effort, without uptime or response-time commitments. Questions go to GitHub or hello@staledocs.com; vulnerabilities go to private vulnerability reporting.
